Do I need a referral to schedule an appointment?
No! Under NY Direct Access Law, you can see a physical therapist without a referral. However, some insurance plans may require one for coverage — we recommend checking with your provider.
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans including Medicare, Anthem BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Fidelis, Wellcare, Metroplus, worker's comp, and no-fault. We are also an authorized provider for the U.S. Department of Labor OWCP program (injured federal employees) and the NYS Workers' Compensation Board. Call us to verify your specific coverage before your first visit.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Bring your insurance card, photo ID, and any relevant medical records or imaging results. Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement.
Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?
Yes! Both locations are open weekdays until 8:00 PM and Saturday mornings to accommodate your schedule.
